Hi, I’m Stephanie. Welcome to Rise.
I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) based in Calgary. I help people untangle stress, anxiety, and family patterns so they can feel more grounded, present, and authentic in their lives. My approach is trauma-informed, neuroscience-based, and deeply human. You won’t get a stiff, scripted therapist here, just a real person offering compassion, curiosity, and tools that work.
